Is the HOCl superior to iodine reconstitutions for nasal spray?

Definitely not a doctor so this isn't medical advice, but since fogging HOCl out of a dehumidifier will also get into your lungs to help sterilize them, that's one advantage. I'm not familiar with the studies around iodine nasal sprays, I've been doing Neti pots for nasal irrigation since before the pandemic.

Now I'm adding a few drops of HOCl, but I think the baby shampoo does a similar job. I'd guess the iodine nasal sprays are a more convenient way of doing what the Neti pot does, however since the Neti pots can get real deep into your sinuses I'm not sure the nasal spray is a complete replacement.

Thank you for your input on this. I wish I could remember which of your followers spoke about the iodine application. I will dig deeper on that.

I appreciate and value your information over the last four years, you’re a TREASURE!!

Yeah I've seen all kinds of different nasal sprays, I think lots of stuff can have antiviral properties and be safe - just dunno about anything other than salt water and baby shampoo for the Neti pots.

Thanks so much for coming along for the ride, if you don't do nasal irrigation already make sure to check out my tutorial video!!
