Question: I'm a little unclear on the relationship between the Wuhan War Games and the Uighurs.
Did the PLA conduct a "trial" of a putative pan-Corona LAV amongst the Uighurs?
Is this consistent with the notion that this virus had escaped much earlier than the fall of 2019?

Yeah unfortunately I don't have any proof, but my theory is that the PLA used the Uighur camps to hold trials for the LAV that would become SARS-CoV-2. Where it would've appeared safe due to good sanitation and not much crowding, but then at the WMG after it was distributed to everyone, the poor sanitation and 250K volunteers created the overcrowded conditions that "allowed" the FCS to jump back on.
And I grew up watching every terrorist movie ever, so I definitely remember - with the automated gun? I was consciously thinking of a moment from the beginning of "Glory" that me and my buddy used to watch on repeat, but you're right that works too!!

HOWEVER, reports are that the current mpox pathogen in central Africa has undergone significant viral evolution such that, in some cases, currently used assays no longer detect it.
Have these 'Effers lost their minds? Has it occurred to them that a poorly matched vaccine to circulating variants could potentiate infection?
